This tour is actually an investigation and an in depth look into the paranormal activity that takes place in America's most haunted city. Visit the top 10 haunted locations in New Orleans on your tour. A real EMF Meter - Ghost/Paranormal Detector will be used during this tour. To add to the fun and entertainment of this tour/investigation guests will be allowed to stop in bars along the tour route and purchase a to go drink before the group heads out to the next location. Please keep in mind that some bars allow children inside however some do not. This is a two hour walking tour.

Interested in the paranormal? This tour is perfect for ghost hunters, amateur detectives and those just curious to see what paranormal investigators do and see. This tour takes you on a paranormal investigation through the world famous French Quarter and wastes no time getting started. The first location (a mass burial ground) is known for its cold spots, apparitions and orbs that are felt and seen on a regular basis. A real EMF Meter - Ghost/Paranormal Detector will be used during this tour.
During this investigation, you will be visiting over a dozen locations covering the 78 blocks that the Vieux Carre (French Quarter) is made of. The investigation is not to be taken lightly. Keep in mind that the French Quarter is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the United States. Not to mention New Orleans itself is known as the most haunted city in the United States. This investigation goes to places that most people would never think of to look for paranormal activity. Your head investigator will lead the way to haunted houses, apartments, morgues, bathrooms, bars and pubs, haunted cemeteries, balconies, galleries, hotels, streets and sidewalks, and last but not least - even haunted churches. INCLUSIONS- Admission Ticket, Local Tour Guide, Walking Tour Duration: Tours last anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours approximately. All tours offered are moderate paced walking tours. The duration varies and may last longer depending on the wait time inside the bars. Some bars may be busy and delay the tour to a large degree EXCLUSIONS – Gratuities (recommended) Drinks are available to purchase along route Meeting / Departure location: Meet on the sidewalk @ the gate of the courtyard attached to Lafittes Blacksmith Shop Bar located at 941 Bourbon Street New Orleans Louisiana 70116. Please arrive a few minutes prior to departure time and check in with the tour guide. Tours do not meet inside Lafittes Blacksmith Shop Bar. We are not affiliated with Lafittes Blacksmith Shop Bar located at this address. Tours depart at the scheduled time. Guests must check in a few minutes before the tour departs and leave with the tour group at the scheduled departure time. Tour Guides are unable to answer phones after a tour departs since we are then navigating our tour groups and giving narrations we cannot be on our phones and lead a tour. Late arrivals will not be refunded. If you are going to be late please contact us before the tour is scheduled to depart so we can try to help you check in before the departure time or reschedule your tour. We will do what we can to reschedule your tour for the next tour that has availability. If a guest arrives even a few minutes late the tour guide will not be at the meeting departure location any longer because we start at the scheduled time. Please contact us Before the tour departure to avoid any issues regarding being lost / late. Time stamped photos are taken of the meeting location at the start of each tour. Departure Time Comments -Times are subject to change due to local traffic conditions. We reserve the right to delay and or reschedule tours regarding certain situations that may arise. If the tour is delayed guests will be notified via text & or email. This does happen at times and it is important that we can reach you and update changes. Texts are the most common method of notification that we use for all updates- including any updates, delays or cancellations. No refunds (for any reason including weather) will be issued from booking agent or tour group. This includes weather in New Orleans, Louisiana or anywhere else in the world. Do not ask for a refund we do like declining refunds but we will if asked. Rain out policy -- Tours are rain-or-shine events. Guests should prepare for the type of weather we are having. It can be pretty darn hot in NOLA but it can also get pretty darn cold as well. In the event that a tour is canceled- All cancellation notices will appear on our website, social media and we will send text notifications to all guests who leave an accurate working mobile phone number on their reservation. Prepaid tours will receive credit for a future tour. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to inclement weather or any other acts of God. All tours are for entertainment purposes only. There is no guarantee that you will encounter any paranormal activity while on this tour. Unfortunately we cannot create a ghost / supernatural being appear anywhere / anytime during the tour! This includes non-physical entities, such as angels, ghosts, vampires, demons, gods, and spirits. If it isn’t human we cannot guarantee you will see it. Our tours are realistic! No refunds and no compensation will be offered for any reason. This includes guests that complain for not seeing a ghost or supernatural being. We do not give potential guests or active ticket holders false hope of seeing a ghost. Guests have captured paranormal photos during our tours so rest assured it is most definitely possible we simply do not haunted anything. We have an album of the photos including texts that have photos from guests that captured paranormal activity in photos, ask to see them if you are interested! Tour is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change any / all the tour information and route. All information provided in this tour is of public knowledge and has been collected through research by the authors / tour guides. All tours will be held on public property and no entry into private property will be conducted. No entry into private locations will be gained. The tour, tour guides, tour / booking agents and all other tour staff are not responsible for the safety or security of ticket holders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings or any injuries sustained due to the old, uneven and dilapidated streets and walkways along the tour route. Participants have been warned not to obstruct the sidewalks or streets. We accept no responsibility for anything that arises from this or failure to follow any other instructions while on tour. Tour ticket holders will remain with their group throughout the duration of the tours. No walking off from group to take photos. Tour guides cannot stop the tour group for guests to stop and walk off to take photos. The tour guide has to stay on schedule. A moderate pace is needed to complete the tour route on time. Tour ticket holders will adhere to the guidelines set forth by the tour staff. The tour, tour guides, and other tour staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Tour ticket holders will be allowed to drink alcoholic beverages during the tours. However for the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are extremely intoxicated or show signs of extreme intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund. Tour ticket holders will respect the privacy of private property and will not trespass on private property. Please do not ring door bells of private homes along the tour route. The French Quarter is a neighborhood and we ask our guests to respect the residents. Tour ticket holders are allowed to use paranormal equipment during the tour. Paranormal equipment must be checked out at the beginning of the tour. A fee of $250 will be charged for any piece of lost, damaged, or missing piece of equipment. PLEASE DO NOT DROP THE EQUIPMENT. Paranormal Equipment must be checked out and returned to a staff member before the guest leaves the tour. If you are interested in the equipment you must arrive at check in and request the equipment. You will need to provide your name, phone number, address, and booking reference number. This information must be received before checking out paranormal equipment. All paranormal equipment is marked and tracked via GPS. Children under the age of 18 are not admitted without parent or guardian unless authorized by one of the tour guides. Please keep in mind that not all bars allow children inside.To go bars / windows are offered along the tour route for anyone not wanting to go inside a bar. Audio or Video recording devices are NOT allowed during the tour. Photos can be taken and are encouraged! Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements. Cut off for reservations for this tour is one hour before the scheduled departure. Please be aware that at cut off time for reservations if the minimum numbers are not met the tour will be cancelled and you will be contacted by phone, text, or email up to the hour before the tour is scheduled to depart. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund. We do not offer additional compensation for a customer who feels inconvenienced by the tour being cancelled. Knowing that there is a chance that this tour may be cancelled guests may want to have a back up plan in the event that this tour is cancelled last minute. If you have a problem or complaint regarding the tour please let us know while you are at the tour. If you have a complaint please do not wait until after the tour to inform us! I booked this tour to do with my parents while we were here on vacation and we arrived at the designated meeting spot 15 minutes early and stayed an extra hour PAST the meeting time thinking maybe our tour guide was just running late. No tour happened! We reached out to the phone number they gave us on our booking confirmation to see if maybe it was cancelled or if something came up. We did not receive any calls/texts/or emails about a cancellation so we were very confused. We’ve all tried reaching out to the tour guide for a refund and they don’t answer our calls or messages! Total rip off, I would recommend booking with a different company.
Reading this makes me curious were you drunk or something when you wrote this or when you should have been at the tour? Your accusations make zero sense. We actually called a meeting together with the owners and guides regarding this inconsistent review that you have written for multiple reasons. #1 we wanted to get to the bottom of whatever really happened with your story. At the end of the meeting we decided we would like to offer you a job as a storyteller 😂 since you can certainly spin a tale lol we just need to work on making your story make sense…. Did it ever occur to you that— you were possibly in the incorrect location thinking you were in the right spot? Or that you made a mistake regarding the date / time. Mistakes do happen sometimes. Guests will actually show up and check in for tours on the wrong days and swear they had their date correct until they stop for a moment and check their reservation. Mistakes happen and we are not perfect of course we all make mistakes… we are big enough to admit when we make mistakes on our end and will take the time to figure out what happened and if we did in fact make a mistake we will do our best to make it right. As for our guests we always want our guests to have the best experience so out of a gesture of goodwill we go the extra mile for our guests as well. ••••••• Who was this tour guide that you mentioned in the review? If you had no contact with us as you claim and I can attest you haven’t because I am the main person of contact rather it be phone calls, texts, emails. Unless you spoke to a 3rd party which I would not have any access to a 3rd party booking agents contact details… my question here is~~ how would you know who the tour guide was and the tour guides phone number? There is literally no way. There are countless tour guides in the city. The contact details on our website and 3rd party listings do not have any of our tour guides contact information or our tour guides schedules posted. This review is the first I’ve personally heard of any of this that you have mentioned and all correspondence goes thru me my name is Ashli. Coty was an awesome guide. He’s a local and is plugged in to the scene. I visit New Orleans often and he confirmed much of the stories I’ve heard and also gave lots of new info (even if he says it’s useless lol). He has good sense of humor and showed me and my acquaintances some very cool haunts and good spots to grab a bite. The EMF set this tour apart…I’m a paranormal enthusiast and that thing was going off! Def recommend this tour for anyone looking for spooky and informative fun. Thanks Coty!
Great tour for anyone who enjoys learning about the paranormal side of New Orleans The guide was great as far as nice professional and extremely knowledgeable. The paranormal equipment is pretty cool it adds entertainment to the tour Attended this tour and one other tour with this company I recommended both
<p>Our tour guide, Ashli, was awesome!! We lucked out and got her all to ourselves, which made it a lot more fun than rushing around in a big group. She was very exuberant - loved hearing all the crazy stories of hauntings, vampires, murders, etc. in the French Quarter. We saw so many places and heard so many stories with her and it was awesome! We hit Caution and Danger several times throughout our tour and I felt a definitely ghostly chill at one spot - awesome! Thank you Ashli!</p>
<p>This tour was horrible. We thought that this was going to be a semi-real investigation where we go into the haunted locations. The 2 pieces of equipment that were ghost detectors weren't working because as our tour guide stated they got dropped. Stories were interesting but definitely not worth</p>
