Parking lot across from pick up number 5, helped tremendously. Great set up all around. Only downside was they stopped running early— 4:00 was their last pick up.
Okay first off the positive, the employees were all very friendly and helpful. The tour guide we had was funny and knowledgeable. It was all fun until Our bus broke down and we had to wait in hundred degree heat for a replacement. While talking to the employees during the wait, it seems like this is not a rare occurrence as the fleet of buses are all older and don’t seem to have proper maintenance performed. Once the second bus came to pick us up, we were overwhelmed by an almost overpowering stench urine. So far, attempts to get in contact with anyone at the business have gone unanswered, as I was hoping to give them a chance to explain this horrible experience as well as request at least a partial refund. Purchase at your own risk, you may have a good time or you may be left to bake on the sidewalk with no shade in sight.

It was clean and each tour guide was very knowledgeable about the city and the different stops. The shuttle was also very dependable and was always on time at the different stops.

Bring water! I've been on several city tours around the U.S., and this was my first one that didn't offer bottled water for the guests. Therefore, my kids and I were unprepared and soon became miserable. They do offer shade on the upper level, modest air conditioning on the lower level, and pieces of cardboard to fan yourself with. The tour itself was packed with information, though had far less humor and stories than the other tours I've been on. (Maybe the tour guide was just too hot to have a sense of humor -- it was a July afternoon in New Orleans, after all!)

Sun is hot in New Orleans; try to sit under the awning or on the bottom unless trying to get a tan. Otherwise a great tour

This was a really fun way to see things around the tourist areas of New Orleans. We have been to the French quarter many times but this tour took us around places we hadn’t done before. And saved our feet. I would recommend it if you want to see a lot.
