Justin was excellent. Great pacing, always hilarious.
I didn’t get to experience this trip. My flight was cancelled and I immediately called in to reschedule for the next day. Very helpful person said no problem, pick another time when I arrive. I tried when I finally got to NOLA & another person said nope, I didn’t cancel in time. Of course I didn’t, my flight just got cancelled!! I ended up on another tour.
Justin was very informative. The trip was very nice.
The City and Cemetery tour was educational and entertaining. The guide, Henry, kept the tour engaging.
It was a short walk from the Hotel to the Bus pickup location, a little scary since we had never been to New Orleans before, but we found our pickup location fairly quickly. Our bus driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable of the locations he took us through and to. It was a little warm and a tiny bit humid, but if I could go back, I WOULD!! There is so much to see and do in this City. The buildings are bright, colorful, and if you are into architecture, this is definitely a place for you. There were colorful mural, homes that were painted with bright colors, and some beautiful historic homes. We had gone to a cemetery and he explained to us why there are above ground burials. Also, he explained to us the family crypts that are in the cemeteries and how they can get many, many, many family members in one crypt. Kinds of gross, but I guess it's the cycle of life. For the cost of the tour, it was well worth it. Being seniors, we all had some kind of issue with walking, and our tour guide was respectful of that. Again, if I could go back to New Orleans, I definitely would return and spend more time there. As it was, we only had a few hours there as we were to head out in the morning on a river cruise.
The tour was marvelous. Well worth the cost. Our guide Justin had bits of information about some of the sights that only a local would know. He also provided some very funny anecdotes.
Very current and saw all of New Orleans.
Jarad provided an insightful historical overview of New Orleans, particularly regarding the significance of its architectural heritage. The firsthand account of the city’s experience during Hurricane Katrina was particularly impactful. This tour is highly recommended for visitors.
This was a great tour and Chris was thee best guide. He was so professional, informative and witty. Made the tour very enjoyable and entertaining
Henry was an amazing driver in the festival traffic and all while giving a detailed description of the neighborhoods and cemeteries. I was entertained (Henry is funny) and learn alot of NOLA history.
