Airport transportation was on time, friendly and avoided traffic in Nairobi. Jackson was a good driver and felt safe.
No bottled water, driver was not helpful in guiding us to airport and we had to walk the rest of the way to the terminal. It was probably the worst pick up and drop off experience during our entire trip.
Our driver was prompt and courteous and delivered us safely to our hotel. He also assisted us with our luggage.
My driver was excellent. Waited for me though it took longer then usual to get my visa and pass through customs. Driver was nice pleasant and I even spoke with the boss who welcomed me to Kenya. Highly recommended
