This was such a fun experience! I finally got to make gimbap and dumplings. Highly recommend doing this course.
I came to Korea with my wife for a trip and was looking for something I had always wanted to try. While browsing cooking classes, the name 'Mini Gwangjang Market' really caught my attention, so I decided to give it a try. When I arrived, I discovered that the instructor was a very famous food stylist in Korea with extensive experience, and she taught us Korean dishes with incredible skill. The process of making and tasting various dishes together one by one was especially enjoyable and informative. Since the instructor is a food photo styling professional whose work appears in magazines and department stores, she paid meticulous attention to every detail—the background, table setting, and tableware—to ensure our photos came out beautifully and appetizingly during photo time. This experience left us with gorgeous photos and wonderful memories that we can cherish long after leaving Korea.
