Our experience was wonderful. The driver was early and easy to find. He was very nice and dropped us right at our hotel.

Erika was great taking us from Milan to Lake Como. She was able to accommodate our delayed train and also show us some beautiful spots along the trip. She was very polite and helpful and even was able to accommodate a request we had on our route. Her music selection in the car was perfect also. Overall a great experience and I strongly recommend her.
Our driver, Nelu, was very pleasant and offered us suggestions of things we may enjoy seeing and doing while in the Lake Como area.
Driver was unfortunately ten minutes late to pick us up. He did call to say he was five minutes late, but he arrived 10 minutes late. Also, he came with a large suitcase in his car which took time to move it to account our luggage. It took up a seat so less space for our party. He was friendly and helpful. Car was clean.
We had a tour during poor timing. There was a train workers strike AND a boat workers strike on the same day. Our tour guide, Salvatore, was excellent in navigating through this bit of a mess that affected our day and made sure we still saw everything. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, made sure the day was seamless between stops, and had excellent recommendations for when we stopped. The stops themselves, were beautiful! Lake Como is a must do. Bellagio was stunning, with everywhere you turned being picturesque. 10/10 Would do this tour again with this operator!

Poor service. Driver standing next to car with our sign in parking lot far from station and provided no help for bags. Uber would be cheaper and easier (signs to rideshare) than this service.
Dear guest, we're sorry for your disappointment, but you should be well aware of the difference between UBER and PREMIUM services like ours. If you think that spending little is your way of travelling, then yes, use Uber. All vehicles at the station park in the area reserved for chauffered services, if you want someone who doesn't respect the rules, then yes, book with UBER. The quality of our vehicles and the courtesy of our drivers is very high, the many positive reviews throughout Italy speak for us. Who knows if the law allows you to advertise other similar service platforms using fake reviews on this platform. We will investigate. Poor customers.
We arrived at our meeting destination 45 minutes early, and our driver was already waiting for us. He helped us with our luggage as he escorted us to the car. The car was clean, and the drive to the Milan Train Station went smoothly from pick up to drop off points. We would highly recommend using this service again.
