I can't say enough positive things about working with Lillian. My first call with her was at 8:00AM on a Sunday, and I had a 10:00 AM flight to Masai Mara. I was traveling alone, had no Safari set up, no transport from the airport, AND, my plans for lodging also fell through. Lillian took care of everything! She found me a guide to met me at the airstrip, a wonderful place to stay, and entry to the park, all for a reasonable price. She was always available and checked in to see how things were going. I am so grateful. I would have been absolutely lost without her. And my safari was a dream come true!! My guide was wonderful. I am so lucky he was available for me. You are in good hands with Lillian.
It was truly amazing! The drive in the park, the nature walk, the visit to the Maasai village—my friends and I enjoyed it a lot! Wonderful people, good food and nice accommodation!
From Day 1, Lilian has helped building out my entire itinerary, not just for the Mara, but for Kenya as a whole. She has been extremely helpful and I would wholeheartedly commend her on her responsiveness, her detail oriented ness and her penchant for helping out (even when not asked for help explicitly). This makes her a quality employee in the hospitality industry! The trip in itself was superb. All pick ups, drops expertly organised. The accommodation at Enkorok was great too. Lilian helped out every moment when we needed something here too. The Masai Mara experience was splendid, our driver and guide was knowledgable and well connected to know where the action was at. All in all, would really recommend Poa Safaris, and Lilian, for your trip to any national park in East Africa!

Did a three day safari in the Mara, needed a break from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi. Boy was it awesome! Spent the days in the wild with the wild animals and birds, at night listened to Maasai stories while enjoying a bornfire. At night listened to the hyenas and baboons calling. This was an experience of its own kind.
