Great communication with the driver and updates with this company. Will recommend to others, the driver was on time and communicated the gates and directions to gates.
We had 13 people in our group including 5 small children and were transported from LGA to the cruise ship terminal. The driver communicated with me and gave us prompt location and time of arrival. The whole process was perfect.
The driver was excellent! Polite and friendly. The woman who answered the phone was the problem. The price of the ride kept changing. If you booked online with Viator it was cheaper but she kept trying to book with another firm and the price was higher.
Boris was on time and helped with our luggage. Arrived at LGA as scheduled. Highly recommend this service.
