Absolute nightmare booking through TripAdvisor because they send you the tickets to download but it’s not the ticket
We found this experience met all the descriptions provided and would recommend it. The only advice would be to allow extra time to get there if you are going to a morning session as the traffic slows down your trip to the Towers.
A nice view of Kuala Lumpur, but if you have been to the Kuala Lumpur Tower, it is not much different.
Visiting the Petronas Twin Towers Observation Deck with Royal Smart Tourism Malaysia KL was a fantastic experience. The views of the Kuala Lumpur skyline from the Skybridge and observation deck were breathtaking. Everything was well-managed, making ticket collection and entry smooth and hassle-free. A absolute must-do when visiting Kuala Lumpur!
They changed our admission time 3x the day before. Then we just turned up early and they let us in. It's a good thing to do. Might be cool to do at night also, the city is beautiful when lit up.
The confirmation email only contained a bar code and it was very difficult to find the QR code needed to check in. Just send a QR code right away, saves a lot of effort.
Amazing, we got tickets the day before so were thrilled to be able to visit. The vista from the top is excellent and you have the opportunity to get something to eat at the top. We were able to also go onto the small bridge which brought another aspect of how tall these buildings are. We took time to also go shopping so it became a lovely day out.
It was a scam. They never gave us the tickets. We had to buy new ones. Be careful with this type of applications.

Nice view but was it worth $150 AU? Ushered through with a group, 10-15 mins at the bridge and top, then time in coffee and gift shop. Not much info about the build itself. Luckily we had a reasonably clear day.
