Fabulous

An all day private tour which takes in all the iconic sights. Jag was an excellent guide who ensured we had bottles of water, air con in the car and gave us such an interesting, informative and entertaining commentary of all the major landscapes. He was able to answer any of our questions and nothing put him out. This was a fantastic way of seeing a beautiful city, maximising our short 2 night stay. Definitely recommend it!

A Perfect Day in Kuala Lumpur

We had a great day with Ben! He communicated clearly prior to pickup at our hotel. Ben was informative about the history, culture, and people of Malaysia, easy to speak with, had a great sense of humor, was flexible, and a very safe driver. He made recommendations, yet allowed us to decide how much time to spend at each stop. The day included all stops on the posted itinerary, plus an additional visit to a batik coop and a quick stop for masala chai in Little India. This tour is a perfect introduction to Kuala Lumpur—whether you have one day here or want an introduction to a longer stay. Thanks, Ben, for a fabulous day!!

Best way to see KL in a day!

Yuvanesh was a brilliant tour guide! He was really knowledgeable about the different stops on the tour and was happy to answer any questions about KL or Malaysia as a whole. He took some great photos for me which was nice as a solo traveller to capture the memories. Would definitely recommend this tour if you’re only in KL for a short amount of time!

Batu Caves and highlights of KL - a great way for time strapped travellers to maximise their day

- shoes came off 3 times at various temples so consider that weighed against good walking shoes for the Batu caves stair climb - comfortable clothing a must -long day but paced perfectly . Our guide Jag, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Being a private tour we were able to get to places much quicker than a full size coach.

Strongly advise against this operator - very unprofessional

I booked this trip for a female friend, and she had been assigned a male driver/guide. The experience was very unprofessional and I highlighted the issues to the tour operator through a formal complaint. 24 hours later I still haven't received a reply. Here are the issues experienced with the guide by my friend: 1. Arrived more than 20 minutes late and lied about having been there earlier and waiting for a call from my friend. She actually saw him driving up to the hotel late, and had texted him several times before the pick up time without any response. 2. He asked her to take a photo with him. 3. He asked her to pay for his breakfast, lunch and drinks. 4. He kept going on about his expectations for a big tip. 5. At each destination, he dropped my friend off and left her to her own devices to explore each attraction while he would wait in the car. Most places he would only allow 10 minutes. 6. He cut the tour short by taking off two destinations from the schedule (mosque and garden) because there was supposedly no time - but then proceeded to drop my friend back to the hotel at 2.30pm - after only 5 hours vs the 8 hour tour indicated through Viator. 7. He asked my friend to complete a Tripadvisor review. When she said she would leave that to me to do, he took her phone and wrote his own review. If the tour operator had addressed my complaint I would have provided a more forgiving review; alas, they didn't, so in my mind this was not an isolated incident but a systemic issue. First time that I had a bad experience through Viator - I hope they monitor bad reviews and act upon them.
