Jay picked us up and safely transfered us from London to Southampton. He was polite and prompt, despite terrible traffic and downpurs.
Booked transfer service from London to Southampton Cruise Port. Driver was two hours late - no exaggeration, 120 minutes. Poor communication. Caused us to be late for our boarding.
Reasonable prices, driver was no too talkative till we were brought to the wrong Cruise ship. Still made it to our final destination but need to add more details with the booking or have drivers that communicate with their customers.
