I had the best time in uberboat and experienced the best views. Highly recommended to see the London landmarks from closer.
The boat staff were great but we waited over 2 hours to get on a boat with a round trip ticket, meaning to go anywhere… the old boats have carpet which makes the air inside the boat very very smelly and uncomfortable. It was fun but due to excessive wait times and smelly atmosphere, I won’t book again.
Beware! Can wait up to 40 minutes or more in line. Boats get crowded & they only let a few people on at a time. Is a pretty way to see London but a waste of time just standing in line. Staff is not informative or helpful.
David was super cool and super rad. 10/10, deserves chocolate.

Great way to see London from a different perspective. The Uber Boat was clean, comfortable, and ran on time, with fantastic views of the city’s landmarks along the Thames. A relaxing and convenient alternative to the Tube. Would definitely use it again!

Amazing trip really enjoyed my time on board one of the new hybrid vessels very clean and tidy and the crew was very professional. The mate on board Joe was very helpful with very good people skills really was the cherry on top of my journey would definitely recommend to others !!

I’ve always been a fan of the Uber Boats As the best way to travel in London, but as especially happy with them today, as my phone unfortunately fell out of my pocket while aboard, and I didn’t realise until just after I’d disembarked and the boat had left. The staff at Westminster pier were very helpful, and especially Parminder who helped me retrieve the phone when the boat came back on its return leg. Service on the boats is always great generally, but especially in this instance where they helped me at a stressful time and went the extra mile with customer service. Can definitely recommended the Uber boat for either commuters or tourists.
