London Private Custom Walking Tour with A Guide (Private Tour)

Time was enough to show us a lot of things and also give us options for the rest of the day. Our guide was very kind and pleasant all day.

My guide, Gabriel, was great! He was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience ever. He guided me through the underground and took me to all the important sites that any tourist would want to see. I feel so lucky to have found Viator and Gabriel.

BEWARE SCAM ***** The experience is not even worth a star!!!! Or how to get scammed out of €600 (i.e. 2 full days of visiting London) Guides who are not guides, no guide skills or diplomas, no explanation about the city, on the sites, in the museums Avoid if you don't want to throw your money out the window We are extremely unhappy and yet this was not the first time that we had used a guide to discover a city but on much more serious sites!!

We were lucky enough to have a guided walking tour of London with Nathalie. I recommend it 1000%! Nathalie knows her job well, she is very professional but also passionate. She organized a tailor-made 4-hour tour for us. Contact was made beforehand to find out about our interests. She immediately understood what we wanted. She also adapted the visit for our 10 year old son who asked her lots of questions. Nathalie was super patient and told him lots of cool anecdotes. In short, our best meeting in London 🙂🙂🙂

Our guide was so sweet and kind. She knew her way around the city very well and we covered a lot of sights. Along the way, she also didn't miss out on her personal highlights and all the small details that would have otherwise been easy to overlook. We had a lot of fun this afternoon!

I gave one star because I couldn't give zero. Do not use their services!!! I paid for a personalized guided tour that I never got and have not been refunded to this day. I was first assigned a guide, Grazia Sciuto. About 2 weeks before the scheduled date, she finally told me that since the company had not paid her for her last 2 contracts, she preferred to withdraw. I wrote to the company, I was assured that I would have another guide, not to worry. But no guide was assigned to me despite my numerous emails. The day before the planned date I was offered an English-speaking guide (even though I had requested a French-speaking guide) and I was also asked to change my date…. I refused since we don't speak English and it was the only day we had free since we had planned this day for the private tour. I was assured that I would be refunded, but obviously I never received a refund and my messages were not answered either. So I strongly advise against the services of this company!!! Before payment they responded almost instantly to my questions by email. Once paid, the response times were long, to the point of no longer having a response obviously. When I told them that I was extremely disappointed with their services, they responded: “I recommend using certified guides.” So they themselves confirm that they are not professional and up to the task….
