There wasn’t much of a tour of the city. They drove around and pointed out a couple things and played loud music. The food and drinks were good and the waitress was great
Fabulous experience, staff were friendly and helpful. A good choice of food - fresh sandwiches and sweets. Good choice of hot and cold drinks with top ups., and we got to keep our mugs as a souvenir. Good value for money. The ABBA soundtrack was a bit loud and invasive, other than that, a great trip.
Thank you for your lovely review! We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the Afternoon Tea Bus experience and appreciated the friendly service, food and drink selection, and the souvenir mugs. It is great to know you found it good value overall. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the music volume, as this helps us improve the experience for future guests. We hope to welcome you aboard again soon!
I had a 9-hr layover in London and this was the perfect way to spend my time! The vegan option was tasty, service was great, and it was a beautifully sunny day. What's more, the man next to me gave me a full commentary as he was raised in the area... He and his wife were celebrating their 35th anniversary and it was lovely to meet them.
Thank you for your lovely review! We’re delighted to hear that the Afternoon Tea Bus Tour was the perfect way to spend your layover, and that you enjoyed the vegan option, service, and beautiful weather. It’s wonderful that you also had the chance to share the experience with fellow guests and enjoy such a friendly and memorable atmosphere onboard. We really appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again on another tour in the future.
So fun and the servers were FABULOUS!! We loved seeing the city while in the bus, enjoying High Tea! The servers made it all extra special!
The ride was quite bumpy and herky jerky from the transmission. They announced the sights after we passed too late for picture shots
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed parts of the sightseeing experience, but we’re sorry to hear the ride felt uncomfortable and that the commentary timing made it difficult to capture photos. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with the team to help improve both the ride quality and the timing of announcements. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
I’m not sure if this is a new tour or not, we never noticed it before, and we’ ve been to London several times in the past, but this was a great idea. The food was good, service was really attentive, and we got to drive by a number of London sights without the busy-ness of a walking tour. We were just able to kick back with our scones and take in the sights without being in the crowds. There was no tour guide speaking over us, which my husband really appreciated, and we just focused on what we wanted to. Props to Ameen who was our host and saw that we had everything we wanted.
Good value for money. The perfect way to have high tea in London. Good selection on the plates and wonderful staff. Enjoyed it as we cruised around London.
We enjoyed are tour and foods/beverages. Great bus driver. Great servers. My only complaint is the address that was provided was confusing. We had great difficulty finding the bus. The address 123 Buckingham Place needs to be deleted as a meeting point. The Apple and Google maps do not accurately show the bus stop on Bulleid Way.
The food was okay. Not sure about the wrap? But the seats were good and the little cup was adorable! Maybe more consistent overview of the city pointing out landmarks would be good? Maybe gossip about ladies?
Very nice tour past London points of interest. Charming, respectful waiters. Lovely assortment of sandwiches and cakes. Great activity for a rainy day.
