We had a great day with Carlos. He explained so much about Portugese culture and history while driving us around in luxury. The day was rainy, and Carlos was prepared with large umbrellas. I am just sorry that we didn't book Carlos for some of our other excursions! When we return to Portugal, we will definitely use this service again.
Dear Mrs. B., Thank you so much for your review! We are delighted to hear that you had such a memorable day with Carlos. His passion for Portuguese culture and history, along with his commitment to service, even on a rainy day, is what truly sets our team apart. We are so pleased that the little touches, like the umbrellas, helped make the experience smooth and enjoyable. It means the world to us that you are already thinking of traveling with us again on your next visit to Portugal. It will be a great pleasure to welcome you back with more tailor-made moments and luxury service from start to finish. Until then, all the best on your future travels, and a heartfelt thank you from all of us. Kindest regards, Marco Fidalgo Operations Director
