Arrival Airport Instructions: In terminal 1, after leaving the International Area / Luggage claim and having passed the automatic doors, please turn right on the ramp, and look directly in front. You will then see the meeting point area where all guides, assistants and drivers are waiting for the passengers next to the meeting point stands 1,2,3. An assistant or a driver will be there waiting for you with your name or an MTS Globe Logo. In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating our assistant / driver, please call the MTS Globe emergency number at 00351 912 671 126. Please do not leave the arrival lounge without calling us. Please take note that the driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after your flight arrives. If you are delayed with your luggage or at security and believe you will take more than 60 minutes to get to your driver, please call immediately our emergency number and we will see if it is possible to wait more time. Arrival Cruise Port instructions: We will meet you at the exit gate with a sign with your name.

Driver was there well ahead of time. He also told us where to go to find our flight. He was very courteous. He loaded our suitcases and took them out of the car.
Passport control can slow you down called and let them know I was delayed. The arrival hall was crowded and confusing. Again another call got me to our driver. Nice drive to the hotel. Everyone was very helpful.

Our driver Nuno was prompt and on time. We arranged pickup at the cruise port after disembarking an NCL ship. Nuno loaded the vehicle with our luggage and delivered us to our hotel within 20 minutes. Highly recommend and felt safe.

make sure you communicate with the viator partner the night before confirming pick up time etc. the pick up contractor was able to communicate with me consistently by text
