Welcome aboard our Stretch Limousine Lincoln MKZ Exclusive model with Bar service on board with Beers, Bui Water, Wet Facial Towels and snacks, Ample extra space to relax and stretch your legs. Leather seats, sunroof in a fully sanitized cabin. Once on board your Stretch Limousine you can enjoy a Nespresso coffee of yourself with the coffee machine on board, if you want a private space you can close the driver's curtain and communicate with the phone on board or if you want a natural air and fresh view you can open the Quemacoco curtain or completely the glass sale. You can travel by browsing the internet and also enjoy some cold beers or natural water accompanied with Peanuts or sweets from the region. Your Stretch limousine is in control of the components in the passenger cabin.

TRANSPORTATION INSTRUCTIONS AND CONTACT INFORMATION ONCE YOU ARRIVE AT THE CANCUN AIRPORT When arriving at Cancun International Airport please follow these directions to find the driver that will transport you to your destination: Please show on your phone with the Company Representative & driver this confirmation Voucher on your arrival. the voucher confirmation will have all the information needed. • Once you land in Cancun Airport you must clear immigration and customs first. We will be monitoring your flight and its output terminal until you come out... After you clear immigration, Luggage claim and customs, you will see timeshare and transportation vendors along the hall, they will try to offer free tours and assistance with your transfers PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and keep walking) Look for tour team after you exit the main sliding door, we will be waiting there for you to come out into the waiting area with all the other transfer companies. • The Representative of the company will meet and greet you holding a tablet with your name written on it. who is wearing a long Green shirt. **If your reservation is with the White VAN the driver is wearing a long Green shirt **If your reservation is in our Black Car Luxury Services the driver is wearing a long Black shirt Please go straight through the exit doors (MARKED GROUND TRANSPORTATION & TAXIS) If any representatives from other agencies or hotels try to stop you THERE IS LOTS OF SCAMMER Please do not stop, and help us to get to our representative (we will be here waiting so please do not believe people saying our team left and will reimburse you, that they are on a call with us, or that we are not there) MEETING POINT AT THE AIRPORT: · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-2 International Airline, Once you are outside the building turn right and look for the “Grab and Go Restaurant” the representative from the company will be waiting for you in front with a Tablet with your name on it. · If your Airline is “Volaris, Viva Aerobus or Magniccharter” After you pass immigration go straight until you find the first automatic gate (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) and turn right, Once you are outside the building the representative from the company will be located in front the “Welcome Bar Kiosk” will be waiting for you in front with a Tablet with your name on it. · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-3 Once you pass Immigration (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) Once you are outside the building go straight and the representative from the company will be waiting for you in the corner of “MargaritaVille Bar” with a Tablet written your name on it. · If your flight Lands at the Terminal Number-4 After you pass immigration go straight until you find the first automatic gate and turn to left to the exit doors (LOOK FOR THE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES & TAXIS SIGN) “Not in the Family and Friends Area Please do not confuse.” The representative from the company will be located in front of the Platform “C” waiting for you with a Tablet written your name on it. Our drivers and company representatives are uniform with Apple Green shirt and black pants. Every one of our representatives and drivers has an Authorized Airport Identification Card as well. If it takes you more one hour to leave the terminal after landing because your airline, lost your luggage or for any other reason, if you do not see our driver when you exit the airport, please contact.

STP provides excellent service every time I travel to & from Playa del Carmen. Today, Joaquin was our driver…he was punctual, communicative, and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend STP for airport transfers in the Riviera Maya area. I will for sure use them again on my next trip.

From Emanuel to Nelson and Alberto, you can't go wrong. Emanuel was patiently waiting for us at the airport and brought us right to the car. Easy drive and nice conversation to the resort with Nelson. Alberton showed up early to drive us back to the airport, told us to take our time, just letting us know he was ready when we were. We will continue to use STP. Service can't be beat.

I always book my airport transfers with STP Caribe when I visit Playa del Carmen. They are 100% dependable, always on time. Moises Basilio is the best driver I have ever had. He is always friendly, courteous and very safe. Do yourself a favor and book a private transfer with STP Caribe instead of using the resort shuttle. You won’t regret it!

I booked a transfer with Alberto Gomez in a Lincoln Stretch Limousine for our transfer from Cancun airport to Playa Del Carmen area. I thought it would be a fun and unique way to start our vacation. The car was so much fun and perfect for couples looking to enjoy a romantic weekend together. I can’t say I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing message chairs or making an espresso in a car before. We also enjoyed the provided bottled waters and Coronas in fancy glassware. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a unique and fun transfer experience in Cancun!
