Would not recommend

The food was subpar. Bathrooms were limited and many were closed. Showers unavailable. They reached capacity early and seating was limited and not ideal. Could have had a similar experience just waiting in the regular airport.

Recommended!

They assisted me from the beginning to the end of my stay. Seeing such attention paid to the passenger when the lounge is very full is truly a pleasure.

High-level hospitality and service

Last night, before our flight to Brazil, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Elena L. in the lounge. Although the lounge was quite busy and there were no seats immediately available, she was very kind, helpful, and attentive, assisting us in finding a place to sit. Once we were seated, she checked on our area several times to make sure everything was in order, taking great care in keeping the space clean and tidy. We especially appreciated her attention to hygiene, as she disinfected the surfaces using a sanitizing spray. Her professionalism, friendliness, and constant attention to detail made our experience truly enjoyable.

Dirty premium lounge. Horrible experience

One of the worst

One of the worst lounges I have ever had the chance to use. Dirty floors, food and beverage area placed in a corner where an excessive line forms. Lack of ice, and the staff at the bar speak in a Roman dialect with unprofessional jokes. Moreover, today, June 19, 2026, the world is right here inside. But what bothers me the most is finding the dirty floors full of food scraps and filthy carpet.
