Learn and taste the best bolognese ragu and pasta making
Description
This experience will make you feeling like taking a time machine and return back of so much time, when the nonna was just waiting for all family to come and she was starting in the morning preparing the ragu and then sitting in the kitchen to make some pasta as well. We will prepare the ragu following the original receipe of the real bolognese families and will then make three different shapes of pasta using roller pin and other tools. Lunch or dinner will then follow and you will taste all the wonderful things you prepared together with a sweet surprise lovely prepared from Marco for you.

Amazing experience. Host was friendly, fun, extremely helpful and quite supportive. I would definitely recommend doing this activity and learn to make amazing Ragu alla Bolognese as well as delicious pasta from scratch. Of course enjoying the food you made in the end is the highlight! Thanks for this fun cooking class!
