Luca was an outstanding guide! He taught us everything about pasta in such a funny, engaging, and entertaining way. He made the entire experience enjoyable and easy to follow. There was a wonderful cultural exchange throughout the class, and he did an excellent job managing the group and making everyone feel included. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and memorable time!
Excellent from start to finish- Stephen was super knowledgeable and a great instructor. The pace was awesome and loved the hands on making pasta and tiramisu.
This was a great way to learn about pasta making and Bologna. Had a great time! Chef taught us a lot and it was fun.
Fantastic cooking class, probably the most fun thing we did in Bologna. We took our teenage boys and they loved it too. Our instructor Luca was so fun!! The kitchen staff were also great about accommodating my son who doesn’t like red pasta sauce and just cooking his pasta in butter so he could enjoy what he had made.
This experience was the highlight of our trip to Italy! I can't say enough good things about it. Luca was an amazing host and cooking teacher. We had so much fun making the food, we learned cooking tips to bring back home, the food was DELICIOUS, and the wine was flowing. We were in a restaurant, which felt cleaner than someone's home, and still very authentic Italian. Timing was perfect, and our kids, ages 11 and 15, along with our adult family, loved it. A fabulous experience for all, highly recommend.
The cooking class was really good. Steven was a great teacher and always helped or gave tips. Additionally, he was very funny, shared nice anecdotes, and at the end provided tips about Bologna. Sometimes, as a non-native speaker, he spoke a bit too quickly in English for me. In the course, you make two different pastas and tiramisu. You are very well provided with drinks. And the group trip of about 10 people was also great. I can highly recommend the course!
Was so fun! Luca was a great guide, very nice and informative.

Luca was a wonderful chef/guide for our cooking class. Lovely location. Kitchen was slammed for the lunch crowd, so our food was a bit delayed, but Luca kept us plied with wine, so all was good.
