Highly recommend trip but crowded when you get to your destinations.
Lake Louise and Lake Moraine are the most must see beautiful places to visit while staying in Banff.
The tour was fabulous and I was in awe of the natural beauty. Lakes Louise and Moraine are a must. A very special thank you to Edward, our tour guard, who realizing I had some difficulty with the hike, personally guided my steps.
Tony is our driver he is very accomodating, helpful and making sure that us as passengers are safety and guarded thanks to him and to the tripadvisor
If you want to do a hike along Lake Louise you will need longer than the half day trip. Otherwise I would recommend this experience to everyone. Seeing the lake in person was awesome!
This is a scam. We did not visit Johnston Canyon contrary to what we had chosen and paid for. On the morning of the tour, the guide simply said he would not go to Johnston Canyon and that there was no other tour today. We wrote to the company but did not receive a response. We then officially requested a partial refund, which was denied. Do not make a reservation with this company.

Excellent service for half the price than other companies. They gave you 90 and 75 minutes at Moraine and Lake Louise + Water and Snacks. Other companies charge more for only 1hr at each lake. The driver was courteous and gave us good tips and information along the way
Safe Driver, beautiful views
We loved Moraine Lake. Rent a canoe if possible. Very pricey @ $170.00 per hour, but you get the best pictures. Lake Louise was overcrowded and the hotel was closed to visitors.
