Great itinerary. Lake Louise and Moraine Lake are not to be missed. Red did a good job as our guide and is very informative and personable. Five stars.

Red was awesome and very punctual. We felt we had more than enough time to enjoy the sites at each location.
We had a great time, Red was our driver! He gave us all the best suggestions. We had adequate time at both lakes, even enough to do a quick hike. Luckily we were blessed with beautiful weather and that just made it all perfect.
This companys reservation system is completely useless and dangerous as they can mess up your plans instantly. They didnt bother updating the pick up point on our ticket and we stood there waiting for the tour bus that never showed up. We found another tour operator and they were awesome. Use FAIRVIEW in Banff and not these guys.
This tour was amazing. Our bus driver, Red gave us detailed instructions about both Moraine Lake and Lake Louis. He gave little bit of extra time for all the guests to return. I would highly recommend using this tour
Our experience was amazing. Our driver Red was absolutely wonderful. His professional approach and patience shone through in the very beginning of our tour. There was a mix up with some of the participants and confusion while boarding. Red politely dealt with the situation while confiding with the rest of us by assuring all will go well. His light hearted confidence gave the tour a relaxed yet exciting feel. He is precise and courteous. I highly reccomend a tour with Red behind the wheel. His interaction with Banff park colleagues proved he is a well respected and dedicated employee...
