It was a great experience and was always on time, Helped us a lot, specially for the first time travellers at moraine lake.
It is basic but efficient and best price we could find. Driver Adam was great. We loved our visit and was so good to avoid all the hassle of parking and crowds. The driver was flexible and careful and punctual.
Driver was friendly and it was a good experience. Smoke messed up the view but nothing can be done about that
The pickup at the Train Station was easy. Parking for our RV was a little challenging. The tour bus was nice. The driver was friendly. The views were excellent. Lake Louse was beautiful. Moraine was nice. The short hike to the view point was definitely worth the time.

Great experience overall, our tour guide even had some refreshments and snacks in case which I assume come handy for families with children! Beautiful views and lots of time to explore when you get to the lakes! I booked one for my parents for the following week! :)

Basically just the shuttle from Banff to Lake Louise and Lake Morraine. The only issue was the driver played his music very loud and it distracted from an otherwise pleasurable drive.
