It was great experience. The guide was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Only issue that we had was that while picking up in the morning, there were lot of shuttles and buses in the parking lot and there were no signs or people to help us find the tour bus. It would have been good if they hang a banner or sign showing which bus to board.
This was a great tour and an easy way to see the parks without having to try to find parking ourselves.
Our guide Edward was great, the bus accommodated the group, we stayed on time, Edward offered options for those who were more active and those who preferred a less active experience. Lake Louise & Lake Moraine are magnificent!!
Honestly- part was out of our drivers control- there was an accident and we waited over 2 hours to get picked up. Others from the same operator were picked up before us, even though we had an earlier pick up time. That was frustrating. Our driver got into an altercation with one of the guests, which was initiated by the passenger- but still uncomfortable.
Edward was our guide and did an outstanding job. He is a great communicator, very personal and a great sense of humor. The snacks and drinks provided were a nice treat. He is an excellent hiking guide and very knowledgeable of the area. An upgraded van would’ve been the icing on the cake
Time change for the excursion the day before this one, and moreover, the guide did not speak French at all. So, I do not recommend.
The lakes are stunning and the guide was very energetic and great in taking pictures. The general atmosphere was amazing, also for solo travellers.
This was the perfect excursion for our family. We had our 2.5 year old and even she had a great time exploring! Curtis was a lovely and helpful guide! He took pictures for us at every stop. Definitely a great option if you don’t want to stay out all day, but still get some of the big ticket spots on your list! Stunning views at every stop and even through the entire drive. Highly recommend!
The tour guide was amazing. Lake Louise, Emerald Lake and the hidden bridge were amazing!!!!! It was a wonderful way to explore Banff and BC.
William was fantastic. He provided superior service and is a wonderful photographer:). If you decide to book a tour, ask for William, you won’t be disappointed.
