Beautiful tea ceremony....

Beautiful tea ceremony. Lovely experience! She was so nice and very sweet with our 11 year old! I had changed the time on the app, but there was a mix up and she didn’t have our new time on the books. She was very apologetic and helped set up the new time. Very educational!

A nice way to learn about tea ceremony.

The host is called Chisato and is very kind. At the start she seemed a bit nervous but she knows a lot about tea ceremony. The whole experience was done in English but sometimes you have to make your questions simple for her. She is very friendly and doesn't make you feel silly for random little questions. The whole hour went by very quickly! I couldn't believe how fast the time went. Because I'm a solo traveller she took photos of me preparing tea for me. You're free tontake pictures at any point but I was a bit too shy to take pictures of Chisato. She uses some antique wares in her ceremony which she explains about as well.
