we walked in not knowing that we had to make a reservation, however the staff was super nice and let us in for the last slot of the night. They had a variety of coin choices and its a very hands on experience! worth the money in my opinion! Patrick was the first staff member to help us through the sizing and coin choosing portion of the experience, then Shunji was very kind to help us the rest of the night, guiding us through the rest of the process. my family and I loved it! thank you so much to the whole staff who was very kind and helpful, allowing us to have this lovely memory of our time in Kyoto♡

This was a wholehearted experience I encountered with my sister. We both made rings that would last a lifetime and our guide was an amazing person (shunji) who helped us every step of the way. We were pleasantly pleased with his knowledge and expertise.
