The building is an iconic symbol of Malaysia’s heritage and is prominently situated in front of Dataran Merdeka (Independence Square).
The River of Life is a major urban renewal project in Kuala Lumpur that revitalizes the Klang and Gombak rivers. My driver drove very safely, provided me with a lot of information, and always waited as promised.
Super informative and interesting. Mr. Vera is very friendly and a great driver. You can tell that he knows his hometown very well. He gave us a few good tips.
Our tour guide Chandran is so friendly and fun! I really like him as our tour guide. He even helped us take pictures. Our Captain Terence is also friendly and kind.

This tour was truly an exceptional experience—especially since it was our first time in Kuala Lumpur. Looking back, we can only say: book this tour on your first or second day! We unfortunately did it on our third/fourth day, and it made us realize how many places we had unknowingly missed before, even though we had been so close to them. It’s those small turns, the right routes, and the local insight that make all the difference—and without our guide, we would never have discovered them. He didn’t just show us the city—he made us understand it. We arrived feeling completely unfamiliar with Kuala Lumpur, and by the end, we felt like we could truly “see” it. From the city’s founding to its modern-day structure, including the monarchy, the sultans, and even the new palace, he shared an incredible amount of historical and cultural knowledge. What stood out the most was how much time and care he dedicated to us. Nothing ever felt rushed. In fact, we even went beyond the scheduled time, without any extra charge. That level of generosity and passion is something you don’t come across often. He also had a perfect sense of when to guide and when to step back. He accompanied us during drives and in places where guidance was helpful, like shops, always explaining things in detail (also in English). At the same time, he gave us space during more personal moments—like when we wanted to take photos or simply enjoy the atmosphere and views on our own. On top of everything, he introduced us to so many places beyond Kuala Lumpur that we hadn’t even heard of before—like Kuala Selangor, Cameron Highlands, Genting Highlands, and Langkawi. It felt like we arrived as “blind” travelers and left with a completely new perspective. He was incredibly kind, friendly, open, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Honestly, words don’t quite do justice to how great this experience was—it almost feels like an understatement. We will absolutely book with him again the next time we visit Malaysia. A clear and wholehearted recommendation—this is the best way to experience Kuala Lumpur.
The Best Travel Guide ever. (He must be the no 1 Malaysia travel guide)
Wonderful introduction to KL history and sights lead by Sassi and a great driver Abbas. We covered 7 areas of KL providing a great overview of KL. Thank you Abbas
Tailored to our desires, our driver was great at anticipating what we would be interested in learning based on what we had already done in Kuala Lumpur. Louis was a wonderful guide and we learned so much about the country. Definitely recommend!
