The car arrived 50 minutes late. I had to chase everyone as no one offered any reason for the delay. This was very stressful. I will use Grab taxis in the future. Very, very poor service
Vishnu was wonderful. He offered a lot of insight of Malaysia, very friendly and knowledgeable. He came to pick us up right on time.
Driver didn’t show up at the hotel. Called the phone number on the booking and no one answered. All round dismal performance. In fairness refund was granted immediately on raising a complaint. We used this company upon arriving in KL and performance was 100% opposite - so mixed feelings tbh.
we (4 adults with 2 toddlers) were looking for a transfer from Lumut to Kuala Lampur. In an FB group we put a post and Skyline Tour wrote to us and gave us a great offer. The driver was very nice and careful when driving, the car clean comfortable us big enough for us and our luggage. Because we were very satisfied with all the communication and performance of Skyline Tour, we booked the transfer from the KL Hotel to the airport. Always on time, fast communication and good price - highly recommended !

The driver was travelling at high speed mostly at 90mph and also 100mph, driving aggressively. He should not be allowed on the road, I’m normally a good tiper but I gave him nothing at the end. Driver name is Chrish, he needs to be retrained in safe driving techniques. His car only had lap seat belting, my family and I felt unsafe for the whole journey.
Noted on your feedback. The speed limit in highways is normally around 90-110 km/per hour.
