Thank you for the 5 stars! It was a pleasure having you on board.
The boat ride offered beautiful views and great weather, and the stop at Our Lady of the Rocks was good. However, there was no safety briefing or mention of where the life jackets were located. The itinerary said we would stop at Perast, but this did not happen; instead, we stopped nearby for swimming. The included bottle of water was also not provided. I appreciated being moved from the 2-hour tour to the 3-hour tour, but I felt too much time was spent on the boat rather than at the planned stops. Overall, a pleasant experience with room for improvement in communication, safety, and following the advertised itinerary.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful views, great weather, and the visit to Our Lady of the Rocks. We also appreciate your understanding regarding the upgrade from the 2-hour to the 3-hour tour. We are sorry to hear that some aspects of the experience did not meet your expectations. Safety is very important to us, and we appreciate your comment regarding the safety briefing and life jacket information. We will share your feedback with our team to help us improve communication before and during the tours. Regarding the itinerary, we understand your expectations about visiting Perast. The exact stops can sometimes vary depending on the tour schedule and sea conditions, but we appreciate your feedback about making the itinerary clearer for our guests. Thank you again for your constructive comments. We value your suggestions and will continue working on improving the overall experience for our guests.
