The tour was excellent and provided a wonderful overview of Kuala Lumpur in a nutshell. Sathias, our tour guide, was knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging throughout the day. She was also an excellent photographer and was very accommodating to our interests and needs, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Very good tour, with Louis our driver who was very knowledgeable .He was considerate to our needs and nothing was too much trouble.
Had a full on day out sightseeing with Brabaz, he was so friendly and knowledgeable. We really had a good day and saw loads of the local culture. Would definitely recommend.
The day itself was definitely 5 stars however getting the company to confirm the pickup dropped it to a 4 overall. We, as a group of 4, had a great trip in with Prabaz on 20th January. Prior to his involvement we did really struggle to get any feedback from Travelvago the company Viator use as we needed a pick up later than that originally scheduled. I’d messaged the Company many times but these were larger ignored however once Prabaz was allocated to us the day before the trip , things quickly improved. He Whatsapp’d in advance and was waiting for us as our ship arrived at the port. The vehicle was good and clean and Prabaz provided water as and when we needed it. We visited the Observation Deck & Bridge in the Petronas towers which was fabulous. Prior to this we were taken to a Chinese temple and afterwards to the amazing and surreal Batu Caves. We’d fully recommend Prabaz if you need a driver in Malaysia whether you are visiting off a cruise or otherwise. Just be aware if you book via an agency it’s only a day or so before that things are confirmed however this was a far better trip than we could take on the cruise ship ( more locations etc) Fantastic day!
Today we had the pleasure of joining a private Kuala Lumpur tour, and it was hands down one of the highlights of our trip to Malaysia. Our guide, Kimber, made the entire experience truly exceptional! From the moment we met, Kimber’s enthusiasm and warmth put my wife and I at ease. He has an incredible depth of knowledge about KL’s history, culture, and hidden gems – sharing fascinating stories about iconic spots in the city, in a way no guidebook ever could. What set Kimber apart was his personalized touch. He tailored the itinerary to our interests. The tour was well-paced, comfortable (air-conditioned vehicle with plenty of water), and packed with memorable moments – from the stunning views at Twin Towers to the serene beauty of the National Mosque. Kimber’s passion for his city shines through, making us feel like we were exploring with a friend rather than a guide. If you’re visiting Kuala Lumpur, do yourself a favor and book a tour with Kimber – you won’t regret it! Highly recommended for solo travelers, families, or groups. 10/10 – thank you, Kimber, for an unforgettable day! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I had a great day with Kimber, he did a great job making the day exciting and memorable! I would highly recommend this tour especially if it’s your first time in KL.
The full day tour in Kuala Lumpur, including a visit to the Batu Caves was excellent. Our Tour Guide Prabaz was the best.. Friendly, informative and great company! The car we travelled in was comfortable, with plenty of room and great air con! We visited so many beautiful places and would highly recommend this tour. We will definitely use this company again and would ask for Prabaz as a guide if we return to Kuala Lumpur 😊
Just had an amazing tour of Kuala Lumpur with an amazing guide Ayyanar. I only had about six hours, but managed to see everything I wanted to see and more. Ayyanar I planned everything to take advantage of my time and to make it easy for me, including being willing to take some photos so I can share my experience with others. I would highly recommend this tour and Ayyanar as a guide if you are in KL!

We enjoyed the time we spent with Sathia. She is a fun guide who made our trip more enjoyable with her humor and good company. She took lovely photos and recommended a great place for lunch after the tour was over. We started at 830am and finished with Petronas Towers at 3p. We covered a lot of ground but the highlight for me was Batu Caves. I'm glad Sathia started with that because we were able to climb up the 272 stairs before the sun came over the mountain.
Greetings from Travelvago! We greatly appreciate your valuable review, which benefits our community and inspires us to enhance our services. We look forward to welcoming you back to Kuala Lumpur soon. Thank you!
