Really nice and helpful staff. We had a wonderful kimono photoshoot, and the experience gave us memories that will last a lifetime. Highly recommended!
The team there worked very well to make my experience a very positive one. As a bonus for me I went on a Friday which visiting cat day, and that was lovely too.
A nice little photo studio in the heart of town. Hirata and his staff were excellent and he knows how to set up and taken photos. A special outcome. If you are into dressing up and making professional photos, Norluss and Hirata with his no problem and fuss staff, is the place
I had my graduation photo taken! I was able to get my hair set, make-up and dressing done in the studio, so it was a better photo. They took pictures carefully and it was a wonderful commemorative photo ✨ This is a photo studio recommended!
I highly recommend this for anyone traveling solo. They make sure you get plenty of great shots—really amazing ones. Even though they don’t speak English, they’re incredibly helpful and use gestures to guide you on how to pose. I truly loved my experience. I’ll definitely come back with my family the next time I visit Osaka.
My husband and I just got married and I really wanted to have a keepsake of our time in Japan. We could not find photographers who can be booked on the same day and just as I was already feeling disheartened because our return flight was that night, my husband found Studio Norluss via Klook. We headed to their official website instead and luckily, they accept same-day bookings for photoshoots. Despite the last-minute reservation, we were able to get an 11am appointment with them for an indoor photoshoot in kimono (it was very cold in Osaka when we visited). I also got their hairstyling and makeup to complete the look. The staff at Studio Norluss are warm and very accommodating. They helped us pick which colors of kimono to wear that would complement each other. My hair and makeup made me feel pretty. During the photoshoot, Hirata-san guided us with our poses. He made it a fun experience with different props together with their 2 staff. They also made sure that our kimono as well as my hair and makeup looked good during the shoot. Just allot at least 2 hours for picking kimono, hair and makeup if you avail of these add-ons, wearing the kimono, and the photoshoot. Their studio is also very close to the Shinsaibashi station which is convenient. All photos are delivered online the next day. My husband and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a fun kimono or cosplay photoshoot in Japan. ❤️
Great service, everyone at the studio is friendly and welcoming. Very professional and efficient. I did ann outdoor shoot, I was very impressed with the amount of ideas and props the team had. Very happy with my photos.
It was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. They are some true professionals. They made sure everything was perfect and that I was satisfied.
Very friendly for foreigners. I just walked in...try my luck! I am grateful they take me on. The staff is nice in dressing me up...so really spend so much time dressing me patiently...make me look so good. Thanks so much for your kindness. I hope to come again for a family photo next time.
Such a wonderful experience! We were greeted right away by a lovely lady who helped me fill out the form and select a kimono. She did a great job of dressing me for the shoot. My photographer, Hiromitsu, was very professional and so fun to work with! I'm thrilled with how my photos turned out. Two thumbs up!
