Time permitting, we’ll take a short stroll around Shinsekai—an often-overlooked area packed with hidden gems, fun facts, and sights to discover.
Walk past Tsutenkaku, the famous landmark tower that is the focal point of the area and see where kushikatsu all began. Walk through the streets that over a century ago, were designed to bring a western feeling to Osaka.

Highly recommend the Hungry Osaka food tour. Our guide Matt was fantastic. He selected five different restaurants, offering a variety of food and drinks. With his quick wit and long-term experience living in Osaka, he was able to answer all of our questions and our two families with several sub-10 year old children had a great time.

Had an absolute blast with scott, touring some amazing food spots in osaka. Our standout was the Kaarage and the Yogurt based Sour. Can absolutely recommend to anyone who enjoys good food and even better stories.

Our guide Dylan helped us navigate the hustle and bustle of street food Osaka. Great to talk to and had in depth knowledge of Osaka’s past and how the food culture gets intertwined with it. Had a full tummy with lots of new discovered flavors at the end of the night! recommended!
