Travel to Kereita Forest, from Nairobi for an action-packed day of adventures. This peaceful paradise offers activities such as ziplining, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, archery, footgolf, and paintball—all within the heart of the Aberdare mountain range. Great for team-building events, families, and adventurers, this is a great way to spend a fun day in nature. Kereita forest bears the distinction of being the site of mass graves for over 5,000 victims of revenge attacks on the local population by the British colonial administration. These reprisals were triggered by the so-called Lari massacre in March 1953 after Mau Mau combatants attacked and killed about 100 loyalists in this area including the local chief Kahangara.

Zip lining and archery are my favourite but Kelvin made sure we did ride the bicycle. It was a fun day I recommend Nivlek Tours
