We were informed of the details of the driver well in advance and she kept good contacts with me until we met. Her car was clean and comfortable. She helped us with our luggage. She was polite and helpful. We had a most enjoyable trip from the airport to the hotel.

Horrible experience. Requested for a car seat - they had none upon arrival. My child had to sit on my lap for the whole ride which was uncomfortable and unsafe. Furthermore, upon arrival they demanded a 5000yen for “overtime”. I’ve already paid money for this, why are they charging more money? Horrible horrible, do not book here.

Driver never showed up, and there was absolutely no communication until about an hour after the scheduled pickup to tell me that the driver wouldn’t be able to make it.

The driver kept me updated till the time of pickup. He sent me photos of the airport to guide us to the location. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop off.

Our driver Haru was fantastic. Customs was backed up at the airport and he waited 90 minutes. We stopped for a restroom break between Kansai Airport and Kyoto. He purchased use coffee and dropped us off at our hotel in a timely manner.

It was great and easy! Edward, our driver, texted a few days ahead of time to confirm our booking, flight, and destination address. He monitored our flight when it was delayed and was incredibly responsive. He was waiting when we arrived. The van was comfortable. He delivered us to our lodging door. Easy communication and a great, smooth ride.

Driver arrived early to the airport (before we even boarded our flight) so by the time we landed he was asking over and over if we had arrived yet. Still had to get bags and go through customs. By the time we exited, he was not there. Had to text to beg him to come back. He arrived, then took us to the neighborhood of the hotel, but never found the driveway, so dropped us off on a random nearby street. We had no cell phone service and no Wi-Fi to place a call to the hotel. Language barrier didn’t help. A lady at Starbucks helped us locate the hotel entrance (inside a shopping mall). The driver could have at least called the hotel for specific directions, instead of just dropping us off on a random street. Because the hotel driveway was right next to the subway station.

A great way to get to the hotel after a long flight. The driver was in touch the day before and made it easy to find him. Even though our flights were delayed it still worked smoothly.
