Pickup Locations & Times
If your hotel is not listed, it means you'll need to proceed to a designated meeting point. Please inform us of your hotel so our representative can contact you to confirm the meeting point and pick-up time. We offer two different schedules for your convenience. The morning tour pick-up for CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE is between 8:00 to 8:30 am, and for TULUM ZONE, it's between 7:00 to 8:00 am. The arrival at the park is scheduled for 9:30 am. For the noon tour, pick-up for CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE is between 12:00 to 12:30 pm, and for TULUM ZONE, it's between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. Arrival at the park is planned for 1:30 pm. Please note that pick-up times may vary depending on the hotel. Our representative will confirm the exact pick-up time via email or text message. For Tulum hotels and Airbnbs, the designated meeting point is Super Aki Tulum Supermarket downtown. Kindly consider transportation times for your pick-up and drop-off.

- Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
- Maximum weight 220 pounds for horseback riding, 300 pounds for ATV´s and 270 pounds for ziplines
- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
- We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs

The fun I had zip lining and atv and the cave jumping, the taste tasting, the tour guides were great.

We really enjoyed the cenote and the zip line was fun too. The ATV’s were fine, but we are used to riding our ATV’s all over the mountains so it wasn’t anything too different or exciting for us. If you don’t get to ride ATV’s often, you would probably enjoy it more. The food tasted wonderful, but there must have been something undercooked or spoiled in it because more than half of our group of 12 got sick the next day with symptoms consistent with food poisoning. That was the reason I gave it only 3 stars. Our guide was great and all the staff were great too.

The most important thing for us is the well being of our guests, so what you mention about the food will be given special follow-up since we have not had any other food related reports on our tour. Our chef follows the quality standards that are imposed for the handling of food, so we can assure you that the food that is served has all the measures of healthiness. Zip line and Cenote. ATV’s not so much. The ATV’s were shabby and we just drove over a bunch of holes. Wasn’t the jungle experience I was expecting
