This is one of the most beautiful temples to visit in Ipoh. Outside of prayer times, the area becomes quiet and deserted, offering a serene spot for quiet reflection and soaking up the views. While there isn’t much that distinguishes this temple, the highlight is the setting against the cliffs. The Guan Yin Dan Ba Xian Tong Buddhist cave temple inside a cave sits next door. Some might not see these temples as must-visit attractions in Ipoh, but anyone with a passion for photography will appreciate the view.

Worth a trip

The Ipoh attractions are some 2½ hours' drive north of Kuala Lumour, depending on traffic, and it was a pleasant trip. The attractions were appealing but mostly lacked contextual information and so I had to seek out information.

Our driver Rudran Raj is...

Our driver Rudran Raj is an excellent, alert & responsible driver that's make the whole trip safe and enjoyable. He cares for us seniors and were very flexible in our request. Trip to Gua Tempuring Cave is a good workout for us seniors. Gaharu Tea Valley is more relaxing. The van will drive us around the whole area with stops of interesting activities or you can chose to sit in and enjoy the view.

Enjoyable Tour

Although Ipoh was a city 2 hours away from Kuala Lumpur, we did enjoy the tour. We booked on a weekend but the operator advised if possible to book on a weekday as the traffic will be bad since we had no.of booking with this company. Hence we went on a working day where the traffic was clear. Overall satisfied.

Operator response

Glad you have enjoyed it. Thank you for your support.
