After one of our air-conditioned vehicles picks you up at your hotel or meeting point in Cancun or Riviera Maya, you will be transferred to the starting point to begin our excursion to Chichen Itza. There, you will board your transportation where our certified guide will provide you with more information about the tour, activities and destinations we will discover. We will arrive to a traditional Mexican Restaurant where you will enjoy a delicious regional lunch buffet. Here you can also buy beautiful Mexican handicrafts and souvenirs at the best prices.
You will have a guided visit for approximately 1 hour, our certified guide will explain you the structures you will find in Chichen Itza, you will listen to the leyends and story of this wonder of the world. You will have time to explore this archeological zone, you can take amazing pictures and buy authentic souvenirs of Chichen Itza.
We will visit either Chichikan Cenote or Noolha Cenote, where you can refresh yourself in their crystal-clear waters. These cenotes are considered sacred sites by the Mayan people, believed to be entrances to another world. If your hotel is not listed please let us know in which hotel are you staying so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the correct place and time of your pickup. We ask you to indicate the hotel where you are staying in the special requirements box and also with your email. This service has only one schedule, between 6:45 am to 7:45 am for the Cancun area, and between 7:00 to 8:30 for the Riviera Maya area. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message. For your safety, all our vehicles are sanitized daily.

Victor and the team are very friendly, skilled and helpful. Very good guys. The site is stunning and the guides helpful. The problem is selfish passengers who delayed the trip by returning half an hour later than everyone else from the site, and when we are all told we can only spend 20 minutes in Valladolid as a result, all they can do is laugh. The guides specified that after five minutes grace, late returners will have to take a taxi. They then were rude to those of us who were upset by this turn of events and had no consequences. Sadly for everyone else, the tour guides instead made us all wait for them and lose time. Instead, they should have driven us at the time promised and let the selfish ones take the expensive taxi as threatened. A great tour otherwise.
A lovely experience in terms of the archaeological site and natural beauty, like the cenote. Unfortunately, the guide was very unfriendly, constantly telling the tourists to be quiet, complaining about the tip amount, and worst of all, touching the women inappropriately!
We were really looking forward to this experience. The hard sell of obsidian in the get-go was disappointing. We spent one hour at the shopping area. The lunch was just okay. Once on the bus, there was another sales push to buy Mayan liquor- too much pressure. Finally, the guides were nagging about tips. We really liked the visit to Chichén Itzá but the numerous sales pitches tainted the overall experience.
