Pickup Locations & Times
**Airport Pickup:** Upon arrival, please collect your baggage and head to the Arrivals Hall. Your driver waits outside of the terminal in the Ground Transportation pick-up area holding a sign displaying an orange Cancun Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time. Arrivals: If by any chance, you encounter any issues locating your driver please go to any of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (Domestic arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (International arrivals) at Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at Margaritaville Bar - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar **Hotel Pickup:** Your exact pickup time will be confirmed a day before your flight departure, your driver will meet you at the lobby of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or photo ID upon pickup. Please be ready and waiting a few minutes before the confirmed pickup time, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.

- Partial cancellations/refunds are not available for roundtrip transportation services.
- Our services operate from 5:00AM to 11:59PM, if your arrival and/or departure falls outside these times please reach out to confirm availability.
- Ferries from Chiquila to Holbox operate from 6:30AM to 9:30PM. From Holbox to Chiquila from 6:30AM to 8:30PM. Please note these schedules may be subject to change, plan acoordingly.
- For any last-minute changes and/or delays, please reach out immediately, please note all last minute changes are subject to availability and can´t be guaranteed.
- Airport Pickup: Your transportation will be ready at exactly 30 minutes after your flight landing time and can wait up to 60 minutes after your flight landing time.
- Hotel Pickup: Please be ready and waiting at the lobby of your hotel, drivers are only allowed to wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the confirmed pickup time.
- Please note pickups to/from multiple airport terminals/hotels are not allowed, pickup times are based on traffic/road limitations, any requests for changes will be reviewed and accepetd or rejected on supplier´s sole discretion.
- Transfer services are not exchangable for any other services/routes.

Excellent service. They were waiting for us at the entrance to the airport. They waited for us since the Plane was almost an hour late. Good handling. All nice. I recommend enabling an emergency whatsapp more expeditious to warn contingencies. It was not easy to reach them to warn that the flight was coming late. We manage to communicate by instagram rather than by the given cel or Tripadvisor. Eventually everything worked.

We travelled late at night but despite this the service was Abu to us. We had to get to Holbox Island. The driver had excellent driving skills despite the rutted and dark roads. We got there safely.
Our driver was very patient with our kids and was very nice. Great experience getting to our final destination.

My driver was very courteous He contacted me before my scheduled transport, which put my mind at ease! Picked me up on time, good conversation on the way letting me know some local history but didn’t intrude when I took a nap. Kept me notified of our estimated arrival time throughout our drive. He was a very pleasant person. I would use him for any further trip. I hope you can request a driver. Am so sad I can’t find his card! In any respect, this was a great service and my driver was the BEST!
