Join us for guided climbs of the trekking peak Point Lenana on Mount Kenya using a variety of routes. Expect quite a lot of wildlife and lots of secluded trails with bizarre flora and fauna (including the rock hyrax), and the classic snow covered technical peaks of Batian and Nelion as the perfect back drop.

I wanted to climb Mt. Kenya with Tranquilkilimanjaro midst of May in the rainy season. Mary was very nice, but unprofessional. First she offered me a group tour, I organized my flights accordingly, than it suddenly changed to a private tour, 40% more expensive. She did not answer my questions about the weather in the rainy season at the beginning. Than, 2 weeks before she suddenly recommended me to change my dates to June. I had to find another company at last minute. I would not recommend this agency.

Kwezi safaris are a great company to go for a trek up the Kenyan Mountain. We were so incredibly well taken care of the entire time. The communication was a breeze, before having the right gear for hiking up. Our guide Mr Juma, was quite remarkable and the rest of the team was great and handled everything quite well. We greatly enjoyed the hike up Mount Kenya with Kwezi staff. It was such a great time as their team made sure we were acclimatized in the ascent and not rushed. We took in the scenic view of the wilderness,the abundance in wildlife, point Lenana(peak), stunning mountain lakes, the jagged volcanic peaks, wide valleys and the surrounding savannah were a sight to behold.and added to the challenge and enjoyment of the great trek.
