1. The guide was very patient, kind comprehensive and energic. She has a lot of few stories and knows her city. 2. I already viewed most of the spots in my own free time and the photos are good but not Instagramable. 3. There was not so much place to see, and except in the Arab street we did not stay that long at each place.

This was a huge disappointment. This is listed as an instagram tour, but the first part was looking at food. When we finally got to places to take pictures, our guide grabbed our phones and took one picture and then hurried along. We weren't even looking when she snapped the one picture. I thought, since it was advertised as an instagram tour, we would be able to spend time taking our own pictures. Instead, I got a bunch of useless pictures and just a couple of keepers. If we did take time trying to take our own pictures, we would see that she was already impatiently walking way ahead of us. Also, it is listed as no private transportation, but a heads up of having to buy public transportation card would be nice to know.

It was a tour where I learned a lot about the history of Singapore. Your guide will take your photo at the tourist destination, making it a fun trip for solo travelers.

It was hard to find the guide at the meeting spot. We were not happy with the details of what we saw & how it was explained. The guide stated from the beginning, she is not a photographer. There was no this is an Instagram spot. In one neighborhood there are lots of murals. Did not show us or talk about them. We finished the tour without the guide.
We never found driver and company refusing to give us a refund. This is not right Viator. Do right by us.
Hi there, Our guide was waiting for you at the meeting point from 08.45- 10.00 AM. That's a whole hour. The guide has tried to contact you several times. We have also tried to contact you via Viator to which you just replied "hello" You have informed us that you'd like to have a hotel pick up the day before, to which we had told you that this tour does not have hotel pick up so you will have to meet that the stated meeting point, as clearly stated in the product page. Therefore, we feel that your review is really unfair to us. If needed, we also have proof that our guide was waiting at the meeting point and the conversations that took place as well.
