The driver will monitor the flight and will meet you with your name on the Board Sign at the arrivals point, located immediately after the customs exit. This service is available from 9:00AM to 13:30PM therefore if your flight lands earlier than 8.30 AM, the chauffeur will only go into the terminal at 9.20 AM. If your flight lands later then 12:30 PM unfortunately this service won't be available due to Windsor Castle closing time.

Not worth the price. The driver WAS NOT waiting for us when we arrived. I had to call the company to find him. While other companies advertise luxury vehicles for the same price, the driver showed up in a van. I was beyond disappointed. Would recommend another transport company with luxury cars and who arrive on time!

As stated in the product details, the drivers only go into the airport 45 minutes after your flight lands on the day on this occasion you went through passport and customs quicker than usual but I do believe you were not waiting more than 3 to 5 minutes. From when you call the office. As the driver was on his way into the terminal from the car park as he arrived at the airport earlier than scheduled. yes, we do not promote this service as a luxury car service however other providers do not provide admission tickets to Windsor Castle with the correct timeslots to allow you to go straight in when you arrive at the castle without needing to worry about purchasing your own tickets for the correct timeslot or showing up without the tickets and then waiting in the very long line to purchase a ticket with no guarantee of entry on the day.
Timing from airport arrival, visiting Windsor Castle and St George’s Cathedral, to drop off in central London worked great! Smooth as clockwork! Wonderful experience!
