No Refund: If you cancel less than 3 days before the scheduled date. -No refunds for weather unless Hanauma closes. *Tours may change or be canceled depending on weather, traffic conditions, minimum number of participants not met, etc. *We will be unable to upload images in unforeseen events such as camera malfunctions, etc.

The guide was excellent and supportive of people who were beginner snorkelers. The bay was beautiful and full of sea life. I enjoyed having photos of the trip so I could just enjoy the experience.
1.5 hrs of snorkeling paradise. Lots of fish, not as many people in the am. Oue guide was awesome!! So helpful and kind.
Fumio was the best she taught us how to snorkel and was so attentive and aware and I felt really safe with her.. booking it was also very easy
The guide simply swam on her own near us and never checked in with us, too busy taking photos. Didn't guide us at all or tell us about the fish. This was distressing given high current and audible announcements from lifeguards to be careful. The guide did not seem to notice, care, or advise us of the conditions. Additionally, my partner was unable to participate due to injury and the guide said no refunds and completely ignored my partner who simply sat on the beach the whole time.

Safety is always our highest priority, and I continuously monitor guests while also taking complimentary photos included with the tour. However, we understand that you expected more guidance and interaction in the water, and are very sorry you felt like there wasn't adequate guidance. While we do not offer refunds, we do make exceptions on cancellations due to injury as we understand these things are out of your control. We loved this adventure! Our only complaint was wanting more time to explore. The view is absolutely stunning!

This was an excellent time. Beautiful location and best guide ever. Fumio made sure we were safe and she brought us to locations to make sure we were seeing the sea life and even found a turtle for us to see. We had a lovely time in a beautiful location. Enjoyed some time just sitting on the beach as well.

It is absolutely amazing! Famio, our guide, was very patient. She knew just where to take us to see a beautiful sea turtle and the most colorful sea life. She took many pictures as snorkeled for us to keep. We even got to watch a monk sea sleeping. Great experience!! Worth it!! Hanauma Bay is gorgeous beyond words or pictures!!

The location is beautiful and worth going to. Our guide was the best. Very knowledgeable, great teaching all level of snorkelers, keeps everyone safe, takes pictures and videos of you and the reef and shares for free at the end with a go pro. One of the best guides ever had in any experiencr

This is in Hawaii, but this has to be one of the top 10. The sea life was so vibrant, and our guide knew all the right places to take us. Even if you don’t wanna snorkel, just sitting on the beach and watching the colors change in this beautiful Bay is an experience. Our guide.Fumio was very knowledgeable, patient, and very well equipped. I would ask for her by name.
