Our second day began with a visit to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, where I was able to see Egypt’s famous royal mummies and explore the country’s fascinating history. Mr. Yousef’s expertise made each exhibit more meaningful, helping me appreciate the depth of Egypt’s heritage. Next, we stopped at the Al-Azhar Mosque for a peaceful prayer. Visiting one of the oldest and most significant mosques in the Islamic world was a truly special experience, offering a moment of reflection and serenity. We ended the tour at the vibrant Khan El Khalili market. The market’s energy, colorful stalls, and traditional craftsmanship made for an exciting and authentic shopping experience. Mr. Yousef’s warmth, professionalism, and passion for Egypt’s history made this tour extraordinary. His ability to blend history, culture, and local experiences ensured that every moment was both educational and enjoyable. Excellent tour guide. Very informative and helpful. Yousef speaks and understands English very well, he prepares you beforehand and tells you what to wear and bring with. Very knowledgeable on Egyptian history. He is humorous and kind, it was a pleasure having him as our guide.
