Not easy to find meeting point. Most of the tour can easily be done by using a city map. Tour does not include entrance (or time) to visit the Cathederal.
This tour was very informative. Be aware there is a lot of city walking involved. Restroom access limited due to long lines.
Mom was not feeling good today and our tour was not good😩. It was a City Bus and Walking tour. Turns out the bus tour was only 3 stops and then the city walk was 2 1/2 miles!!!!! Mom didn't have her walker as this tour was booked through Viator and usually these are extended van size with no storage for walker. But even had she had, 2 1/2 miles on cobblestones and some up and down would not have been doable It was also confusing as not done in order as itinerary-for good reason-some of the things were only accessible on walking tour. Plus people kept peeling off from tour went walking on own and of course some just bought bus tour and then went back to ship. Mom went back to ship and I did the 2 1/2 miles and it made my hips hurt! The write-up for the booking never indicated amount of walking nor any indication of suitability for limited mobility.
This is a great overview tour of Trondheim. With the bus you get to see the fort and the beautiful overview. Tammy was full of great information and tried to accommodate everyone’s needs.
Not worth the money. No time to see anything at all
Well organized, comfortable coach, excellent tour guide (Valeri), sufficient time at each stop, walking portion of tour very informative and gave a glimpse of local people.
We walked through out the town and enjoyed all sights. Roads were being worked on, sidewalks little uneven. Lovely afternoon!
This was a delightful overview of Trondheim using coach and walking. The coach took us to 2 vantage points over the city giving spectacular views, before dropping us at the Cathedral. We then walked the highlights of the city en route back to the ship. This was a comprehensive tour of the highlights of Trondheim. The coach was extremely comfortable, with adequate air conditioning. The tour guide was first class - an easy to listen, informative guide, who spoke excellent English. She provided all the relevant information in a pleasant way. Thank you.
This was an excellent tour. Our guide Vanessa was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of information both about the sights and general facts about Norway. The bus tour took us to the out of way sights then the walking tour within the city was just the right amount of time to get a general overview. Just as info once you get off the bus in the city you do the walking tour which includes walking back to your ship. It was not that far and on mostly flat ground, just be aware there are a lot of cobblestones and some uneven ground to maneuver over.
Tour guide was excellent and very accommodating. I would highly recommend the tour. The tour was as advertised.
