- Free admission with a certified disability card of 74% or higher. Companions for non-self-sufficient visitors also enter for free. Please notify the tour provider at booking
- All visitors must have their shoulders and knees covered to enter the Museums
- During busy periods, increased visitor numbers may lead to longer wait times for security checks and the mandatory collection of Vatican headsets
- Please note that the tickets for this tour is from the queue and not skip the line
- Due to the rules inside the Sistine Chapel, guides are not permitted to speak. As a result, the guide will provide an explanation of the Sistine Chapel's significance and its artwork while the group is in the queue to enter the Vatican Museums. The guide will still accompany you inside the Sistine Chapel, but no further commentary can be given once inside.
- During Sede Vacante, the Sistine Chapel may close without prior notice for the Papal Conclave. Access is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be provided for such closures.
- Restoration work on Michelangelo’s The Last Judgment will take place in 2026. The Sistine Chapel will remain open, but scaffolding may partially or fully obstruct the altar wall. No refunds are issued for restoration work, scaffolding, or unannounced closures by the Vatican.
- Please be aware that this tour is not wheelchair or scooter accessible due to the presence of numerous stairs throughout the museums. Unfortunately, there are no elevators available for use.

This company did not tells us the streets were closed because of protests, and we were unable to get transportation to meeting point. They would not refund us any portion of our payment. We tried walking and running for 40 minutes to the location since we could not get transportation. We arrived in Rome the day of our tour . How did we know about 300,000 people protesting ? Very unkind customer service and greedy operator. Use another tour operator that has a heart.

An unexpected surprise, I did not hire a guide service for museums a long time ago, but in the case of the Vatican I had to do it and, I must say, I am very happy with the good service and the good explanations of the guida. Recommended. Ps: help you jump in line

I have lived in Rome for many years and have visited many times the museums and the chapel, but due to bad feedback years ago, I had decided not to book the guided service anymore. I decided to give it another try and I was really impressed with the attention I received from the people who guided me on the tour, they are very explanatory, careful to tell the facts and know how to actively involve anyone who listens to them. It was a nice tour, everything was explained to us in a very understandable way even in my language. We did not have to queue but all the entrances were direct, we were a group of 20 people and we had a wonderful experience finishing everything inside St. Peter's Basilica. I recommend it as a tour.
