Really proactive and communicative as a company. Guide was really knowledgeable and really good with the kids of all ages. Went the extra mile and adjusted timings on the fly because of how interested the family was at the colosseum, which was really appreciated, even with the weather being over 100F! All in all, good value and would recommend!

We had a wonderful time on our tour. The day before we received a text and an email confirming our meet up spot with detailed directions including pictures. The morning of, we met Teresa our guide. She did an excellent job of explaining everything regarding the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Our tour included 6 total people so it was a much more intimate tour. We had a wonderful time and would definitely book again.

The guide was 1/2 hour late. We were traveling with 3 young children and he didn’t pay attention to the audience he had. He went into way too much detail and we all got turned off. He spent so much time outside the coliseum explaining the history rather than bringing us inside for a more visual experience, which is what we all wanted.
We would like to clarify that we informed you of the exact meeting time both by WhatsApp and by email before your tour. According to our records, you arrived approximately 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled meeting time, which may have led to the impression that the guide was late. Regarding the guided tour, it is standard practice for Colosseum tours to begin with a brief historical introduction outside the monument before entering. This introduction helps visitors better understand the historical context of the Colosseum and enhances the experience once inside. The amount of time spent outside may vary slightly depending on the guide and the group's pace.

We had a very good experience on this Colosseum tour. It was comprehensive, well organized, and gave us great insight into the history of the Colosseum, Ancient Rome, its rulers, and everyday Roman life. The itinerary covered all the main highlights, and the explanations throughout the tour made it easy to appreciate everything we were seeing. Our guide, Giovanni, kept the tour engaging by encouraging participation and asking us questions before providing the explanations. Guide had a lot of excellent knowledge. It was incredibly hot the the day at went and she tried to keep up in the shade which was good. It was a last min switch of guide but worked out fine. Less fun for the kids but that’s not the nature of this visit
