Comfortable ride to hotel from Guadalajara airport. We were upgraded, driver was kind and patient as meet up was challenging.
They never showed up to pick us up from the airport leaving 6 travelers stranded and scrambling to find other ways of getting to our hotel. Even after I called they acted like they had no idea what I was calling about. Useless do not use!
Even though we had a lot of heavy luggage, we were able to reach our accommodations very comfortably using the van provided by this company. The driver was particularly careful and skilled.
Got us to the hotel quickly and driver shared facts of the city with us. Only issue was no one was waiting for us when we landed and my phone took a bit to catch up so we waited to meet up with the driver
