Itinerary
The Kelpies are named Duke and Baron, and these two incredible structures are the largest horse sculptures in the world. Made of steel, they represent a fascinating creature of Scottish folklore.
We soon arrive at the Royal Burgh of Culross, a fantastic example of a 17th century village, situated on the coast of Fife on the northern side of the Forth River. Fans of Outlander will recognise this picturesque village as the Mercat Cross features as the shows Cranesmuir Village.
We arrive in the stunning medieval town of St Andrews in time for lunch and refreshments. Here you can enjoy a walk around the historic town. St Andrews is steeped in history; it is home to oldest university in Scotland, a famous cathedral, golf course, is where Prince William met Kate, and is named after Scotland’s Patron Saint. To learn more about St Andrew, and the day named after him. Here you have the option of visiting the Castle or the Cathedral for an extra fee paid directly to the attraction (optional extra).
Falkland is a charming village in Fife, and our next stop on the tour. Known for it’s rich history, picturesque streets, and connections to Scottish royalty. The towns’ renaissance palace was once a favourite retreat for the Stuart Kings and Queens. Fans of Outlander might also recognise the streets of Falkland as 1940s Inverness in the show. Here you have the option of visiting Falkland Palace for an extra fee paid directly to the attraction (optional extra).
On our return journey back to Glasgow, we will take a photo stop at an engineering masterpiece. Spanning 3 centuries of Scottish industry and innovation, the 3 bridges across the Forth; the Queensferry Crossing, the Forth Road Bridge, and the Forth Rail Bridge, are a spectacular sight. From here, it is only a short while before we return to Glasgow and our 1-day tour comes to an end.

Great day of touring. Prompt, interesting stops, attention paid to passengers needs(bathroom stops, cooling of van, etc). Our guide was monotone and at times difficult to understand. Scottish song playlist during down times was wonderful. I do wish a few questions had been better answered and more history and antidotes shared.
Jamie was the best and most knowledgeable guide. The tour offered enough time at each city to see the sites, grab a coffee and snack and shop. This is a full day of history and memorable sites. I am grateful Jamie was our professional guide, he made the sight seeing enjoyable and fun.
Too many stops. Need an additional hour in St Andrew. Loved the Kelties. Driver was lovely and very knowledgeable.
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate your feedback about the number of stops and we are sorry to hear that you felt rushed in St. Andrews. Thank you for your kind words about the driver - it's always lovely to hear feedback like this. We hope that we will see you again in the future! Best wishes, Faye
Michelle was an amazing and knowledgeable tour guide! She was full of fun facts and made sure our tour was on time while also creating a fun and friendly atmosphere. She even made time for an extra stop at the Deer Sanctuary! The van itself was very comfortable and the views were outstanding. Would definitely recommend it to see a wide view of Scotland’s beautiful sites!
Hi there, Thank you for the wonderful review! It's lovely to hear that Michelle made such a positive impact on your experience! It's also great that she managed to fit in an extra stop for you! We hope we will see you again in the future! Kind regards, Faye

Callum gave us an excellent tour around fife and st Andrews. I have done other bus trips in Scotland and this was by far my favorite.
This day trip was far more than we thought. Jerry was very enthusiastic and went out of his way for everyone to enjoy their trip. Great knowledge and an absolute fantastic guide. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better trip or guide. No stress, good clear times and pick ups.
Jerry was very gracious. Safety and knowledge is his strength. We made several stops on our journey. Delightful small towns and well timed bathroom stops. Will recommend it to my family and friends.
This was a great way to see more of Scotland in a day. Our guide, ailsa, was lovely and a great storyteller.
