In the morning pick up from your hotel in Cairo and enjoy a visit to Sakkara. Here you have the chance to visit the Step Pyramid of Zoser, which is the first Pyramid built and it is the world's oldest stone structure. Later we drive toMemphis, the capital of the ancient kingdom and one of the most important cities throughout the history of ancient Egypt. Here we visit the mostly open-air Memphis Museum and see the fallen statue of Ramses II.. In the afternoon we drive to Giza to visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chefren and Mycerinus and the enigmatic Sphinx:: a pharaohs’ head with a lion’s body. Drive back to your hotel.

We got a private tour under misr travel at usd110/pax including entrance fee. our driver Mohammed and tour guide faten are highly recommended. We started out from cairo at 9am to memphis where we visited statue of king ramses and alabaster sphinx. Then to saqqara where we went under the pyramid and visited the high priest tomb. We stopped by at a carpet making school but did not buy anything as price is very high. Lunch not included so we stopped at a restaurant that sells the best falafel i’ve had. Then to pyramids and sphinx in giza. We did not buy tickets to enter the pyramids and took pictures only. You can ride camels at the panoramic park and the view is wonderful. There is light show 7-8pm but we did not stay to watch. Instead we enjoyed visits to 3pyramids papyrus center and merit center el bazaar where i got my own cartouche. We got back to hotel by 5pm. Loved every moment and next time will go inside pyramids giza and do camel riding!

We booked the tour only one day ahead with eid. Hosny was our Tourguide. He is a very save driver and gave us precious hints and advices. Even in the middle of the Bridge over the Nile he stopped for us to take a picture. He even knows decent places for authentic, good and inexpensive food. Thank you for the 10 Point of 10 Tour!
