Had a great tour, informative and a great length of time. Marcy was very knowledgeable and we loved our conversations.
Vince was an amazing guy. Friendly and knowledgeable. Weather was terrible and cold but he powered through. He needs a raise!
This tour was incredible! Our guide was Vince, who was super knowledgable and kind. He touched on all the spooky ghost stories of the village, but also catered the tour to our interests in literature as well. Definitely go, and ask for Vince!
Viator cancelled the tour, we couldn't do it, because the guide was not available. We asked for the tour in Spanish, Viator confirmed and then nobody was there to made it
Amazing guide and a great tour! We love everything. The only thing is that i booked This tour because you offer the french tour but we don’t have it in french.
Lovely Tour, Tried Superhero after I experienced ghost with Justin, Tour Guide. So many spooky spots in NYC, my child enjoyed it.
Thank you so much for your review, we hope to see you again!
Tour was canceled by operator on the day off but TripAdvisor took care of the refund after we called them. It was a pain finding the phone number but the actual call was painless.
We made our phone number more visible, hopefully next time it will be a better experience.

It was a good tour but more about the area than ghosts. Also we were with a group of 31 so keeping everyone on the narrow sidewalks and walking at night was a little rough. One of our members quit the tour because she was afraid she would fall.

Tour guide Ben was really nice and informative, but tour overall was lacking. This tour needs to be renamed. Maybe something along the lines of Historical NYC Walking Tour with reference to possible hauntings in the area. Not sure, but the name isn't the best. Also, there were quite a few kids on our tour, and they looked really bored. I don't think it was meant for kids at all.

We liked the tour very much. With her gripping stories about haunted places in the Village, the guide fascinated us all. In the twilight the places seemed really haunted, even, of course, we saw no ghosts. The tour took us to magnificent streets in the West Village and we learned a lots of interesting facts about the history of the neighbourhood.
