Genoa is not the prettiest city in northern Italy, but it still has a lot of history and a nice waterfront. Our tour guide, Giorgio, is why this received five stars. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and generous. He never left our side and was full of funny stories and observations. He's a gem.
We had a great day with our guide, Giorgio. He was very knowledgeable and always entertaining. The old city of Genoa was amazing! The cathedrals, palaces and panoramic views were even more beautiful than we could have imagined. We highly recommend this tour!
Giorgio was a great guide. He contacted me before the tour to confirm details and arrived promptly at the hotel to pick me up. He took me to portofino by my request and then a walking tour around genoa. He was polite, vehicle clean and overall an enjoyable experience. Would recommend this trip.
Guide was great. Was on time for pick up. Was very personable and friendly. Had lots of tips and suggestions. Showed us all around Genoa- very interesting. Personal service!! Tour was full with lots of things to see. Since tour is long, Only suggestion is to allot time for lunch (our own expense) and plan for toilet breaks. Wonderful tour !!
